Who goes on WeTravellers trips?
Everyone from solo travelers in their 20s to couples in their 50s. We match by compatibility, not age brackets — so you'll always be with people who share your vibe.
What if I don't like someone in my group?
Our AI matching is very good, but we're human. If there's a serious issue, contact us and we'll work something out. Most groups end up becoming lifelong friends.
Are flights always included?
It depends on the trip — it's clearly shown on each trip card and detail page. When flights are included, they're round-trip economy from a major hub city.
How do I pay?
Once you're approved, you complete payment to confirm your spot — currently by bank transfer or Instapay. You'll see the payment details and a reference at checkout, and your place is locked in as soon as our team verifies it. Any referral credit you've earned is applied automatically.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds are handled by our team: a full refund up to 60 days before departure, 50% from 30–60 days out, and within 30 days we'll help you transfer your spot where possible. Just reach out and we'll sort it.
Do I need a visa?
Our AI assistant knows your nationality (from your profile) and can tell you exactly what visa you need for any destination. We also offer visa assistance on selected trips, with the fee shown upfront when you request to join.
Can I customise my trip?
Yes — every trip has optional add-on activities (cooking classes, adventure tours, spa days etc.) that you can add or skip when booking. The base price always covers hotel, transfers, and key experiences.
