By accessing or using WeTravellers ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WeTravellers. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.

WeTravellers is a group travel matchmaking and booking platform. We:

• Use AI to group compatible travellers together for curated trips
• Facilitate bookings and payment collection
• Provide visa information and assistance as an optional service
• Offer group messaging to confirmed trip members

We are a travel technology platform, not a licensed travel agency. All travel arrangements are made on your behalf and subject to the terms of the relevant airlines, hotels, and service providers.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a booking, you agree to the trip price shown at checkout.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, except where the trip is cancelled by WeTravellers.

WeTravellers reserves the right to cancel a trip if minimum group size is not reached. In this case, all participants will receive a full refund.

To ensure the safety of our community, we require passport verification for certain features (including leaving reviews and unlocking group chat). Your passport image is processed by AI and reviewed by our team. It is kept confidential and not shared with other users.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.

Reviews may only be submitted by users who have completed a trip booked through WeTravellers and have a verified passport. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

All content on WeTravellers — including our logo, trip descriptions, photography, and software — is owned by or licensed to WeTravellers. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., profile photos, review text) but grant WeTravellers a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

WeTravellers is not liable for:

• Travel disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party providers
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property during travel
• Actions or behaviour of other travellers in your group
• Visa denials or immigration decisions made by government authorities

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant trip booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, KSA, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
